My Story

Task It Out, that’s me, with over 30 years of dynamic expertise in workflow logistics across various industries. Small businesses and solo professionals trust me to serve as their dedicated, part-time outsourced manager for business tasks and projects. My focus is on enhancing task efficiency while you fuel growth for your business.

I spent the first 35 years of my adult life immersed in corporate America, focusing on sales and business development within the healthcare, mortgage, and real estate sectors. Throughout these years, I refined my skills in overseeing and setting up various business functions, continually contributing to revenue growth.  Alongside this corporate journey, I had the unique opportunity to serve as a personal executive assistant for a prominent high-net-worth businessman. In this role, I managed, his diverse portfolio, from a personal airline of G5s to malls, land development, and a remarkable art collection of unparalleled value. This experience allowed me to refine my organizational skills and efficiently handle complex tasks on a grand scale.

Following a dynamic career in corporate roles, I pivoted to consulting and, in February 2020, amidst the pandemic, I took the plunge and launched Task It Out, an outsourcing solutions company. Since then, I’ve partnered with small businesses and entrepreneurs helping to streamline their tasks and ease the burden of their workload.

Drawing on my four decades of experience, Task It Out specializes in handling those tasks that often go overlooked, such as newsletters, email management, social media engagement, calendar coordination, event planning, travel logistics, and beyond. I’ve built a network of remote task assistants who support diverse needs.

Today, as the founder of Task It Out, I bring my passion for order and efficiency to every project. I’m the go-to person for friends, family, and former colleagues seeking to bring clarity and strategy to their endeavors.

When I’m not managing your business needs, I enjoy wine tastings, traveling, spa retreat weekends, and engaging in Bible study. My valuable off-time includes cherished moments with my son, nieces, family, and friends. I am also dedicated to giving back through volunteering as a voice for abused and neglected children. I engage in target training in specialized environments while soaking in the natural beauty of Arizona’s magical mountains.

I have a special fondness for adorable pugs and horses. My journey with horses began with my father, who introduced me to them long before he passed away. In his honor, I became a certified equine massage therapist in 1999 through the esteemed Equissage school. Along with my Equine and Paralegal certifications, I hold a license in life and health insurance.
